Manage Your Booking
If you have already booked a camp, please read the following information carefully.
There are a few extra steps you need to take after making your booking to ensure you, and we, have all the information we need ahead of your child arriving at the camp. Our top priority is the welfare and enjoyment of every player on our camps and all the information we ask for is for the purpose of fulfilling our commitment to player welfare.

If you have booked an airport transfer with us, please read this in full so you know how best to prepare for the trip. It contains important information.
Travel Insurance
Your camp comes with travel insurance. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are satisfied with the extent of cover this provides and that the Participant has adequate travel and medical insurance to cover the costs of any medical treatment that may be required.

Player Welfare Form
You must provide us with additional details about your child at least 8 weeks before they arrive at the camp or as soon as you have booked if they have a medical condition.

Outstanding Balance
If you booked with a deposit payment, your balance is due by 1st May. Please pay your balance here.
