Book Airport Transfers
If your child is travelling to the UK alone, we can pick them up from London Heathrow Airport and drop them back for their return flight. You can also drop your child to us at the airport and collect them after the camp.
Transfers must be booked after you have booked your camp and at least 4 weeks before the start of the camp. If you have booked an unaccompanied minor service with the airline, you must inform us in the booking. Our transfer service is available from London Heathrow Airport. This is the UK’s largest airport, with flights operating to and from over 200 destinations.

Transfers Types
We now have two types of airport transfers available to book.
AIRPORT TRANSFER If your child is arriving and/or departing Heathrow Airport on a flight during the times listed below, we can accommodate them on our airport transfer shuttle service. If this is the case please book an Airport Transfer.
PARENT AIRPORT DROP-OFF/COLLECTION If you or another adult are dropping off and/or collecting your child at Heathrow Airport, please book a Parent Airport Drop-Off and/or Parent Airport Collection. The drop-off and collection times are listed below. For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate parent drop-offs or collections at any other time.

Airport Transfers
Our transfer service is available from London Heathrow Airport. This is the UK’s largest airport, with flights operating to and from over 200 destinations.
Arrival Airport Transfer:
For flights landing from 08:00 to 16:00 on Mondays
Departure Airport Transfer:
For flights departing from 11:00 to 18:00 on Sundays
In the unlikely event that flights are unavailable during these hours to/from your destination, please email transfers@liverpoolfccamps.com. We may be able to arrange a transfer outside of these hours for an additional charge. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate transfers that would result in the player arriving at the camp after 23:00 or departing the camp before 07:00.

How it Works
Airport Transfers
Our airport transfer service is a highly detailed operation, tracking each child’s flight and arrival time.
ARRIVAL TRANSFER: Our dedicated staff member will be waiting for your child in a prominent position in the arrivals hall with a large Liverpool Football Camps sign. Your child will then be accompanied to the waiting area where they will join other players waiting for our next available coach, minibus or car to take them to their camp.
DEPARTURE TRANSFER: We will arrange transport from the camp venue to the airport at the appropriate time for your child’s flight and our staff will assist them at the check-in desk and point them to the security gate. If you book an unaccompanied minor service with the airline, we will make arrangements to transfer your child to the airport representative who will accompany them.
How it Works
PARENT DROP-OFF AND/OR COLLECTION
ARRIVAL PARENT DROP-OFF: You will meet our staff at the meeting point in the Airport where there will be a prominent Liverpool Football Camps sign. Your child will then join other players in the waiting area where they will wait for our next available coach, minibus or car to take them to their camp.
DEPARTURE PARENT COLLECTION: You will meet our staff at the meeting point in the Airport where there will be a prominent Liverpool Football Camps sign. You will be required to show ID and disclose the password shared with you on arrival.
Unaccompanied Minor Service
Airport Transfers
Many airlines require you to book an unaccompanied minor service if the passenger is under 14. Some airlines do not accept unaccompanied travellers under a certain age. This varies by airline so please check with your airline before booking flights and ensure you pay the applicable fees for the service on both the inbound and outbound journey.
When using an unaccompanied minor service, the airline will provide a member of their staff to escort your child all the way to their flight. Our staff are not permitted beyond the security gate.
Regardless of whether it is required by the airline, we advise you to book an unaccompanied minor service if your child is not an experienced solo traveller.
It’s vital that you notify us in advance if you are using an unaccompanied minor service. You can do so in the online airport transfer booking form. If you book this service after purchasing an airport transfer with us, please notify us by email at least 4 weeks before the start of the camp.

Please ensure you have booked your camp before booking transfers as you will need your camp order number to make the booking. You will also be required to complete your flight details during the booking. If your camp is fewer than 4 weeks away please email transfers@liverpoolfccamps.com to enquire about whether you can book a late transfer. We cannot guarantee this as it is subject to availability.
